About The Cast Vinyl Stickers
Cast Vinyl Stickers are made from high-quality cast vinyl and offer a number of benefits over our traditional "calendared" vinyl stickers. Because cast vinyl is made by solidifying liquid PVC polymer, rather than rolling and heat pressing PVC, it ends up becoming a thinner yet more durable material comparatively. While often used for large applications like car wraps, cast vinyl works perfectly well for smaller applications like custom stickers.
Just like with our standard custom stickers, our custom cast vinyl stickers are available with multiple lamination options and with the option for free shipping. Additionally, if you need to create your own design for your custom stickers, we make that practically effortless with our online design tool. If you ever run into issues with your order, we've got a customer service ready and willing to help with anything you might need.

Can cast vinyl stickers be used on boats or watercraft?
Absolutely. Cast vinyl is designed to withstand marine conditions, making it an excellent option for boat decals and watercraft graphics. Its flexibility and adhesive strength help it adhere securely even on curved or wet surfaces.
What kind of material are cast vinyl stickers made from?
Cast vinyl stickers are made from premium cast vinyl material, a thin 3.0 mil film designed for complex surfaces and curved applications. It’s highly conformable, UV-resistant, and comes laminated in gloss or matte for added durability.
What are cast vinyl stickers used for?
Cast vinyl stickers are ideal for full vehicle wraps, marine graphics, trailers, and other applications with curves or contours. The material’s flexibility and long-term outdoor durability make it a top choice for professional-grade installations.
How long do cast vinyl stickers last?
Cast vinyl stickers are rated for up to 7 years of outdoor use. The material resists UV rays, moisture, and harsh weather, and includes optional matte or gloss lamination for even greater longevity and protection.
How are stickers measured and priced?
At Carstickers.com, we measure and price all our stickers based on square inches. To calculate the square inches of a sticker, simply multiply the width by the height. For example, a sticker that is 4'W x 4'H (4 inches wide and 4 inches high) and a sticker that is 2'W x 8'H (2 inches wide and 8 inches high) will cost the same because both are 16 square inches.
These measurements are based on the widest and tallest areas of the sticker's shape, measured from left to right and top to bottom in a straight line.
Please note: The measurements are taken when the design is upright and in the same position as it will be applied. This ensures that the sticker you order will fit in the intended space. For example, while a diamond-shaped sticker could theoretically be rotated 45 degrees and measured as a square, a 3'x3' diamond and a 3'x3' square rotated 45 degrees are not the same size and will not fit in the same space.
What’s the difference between cast vinyl and standard vinyl?
Cast vinyl is more flexible, durable, and conformable than standard adhesive vinyl. It’s thinner and better suited for curved or irregular surfaces, making it ideal for wraps and professional graphics where precision is key.
Do cast vinyl stickers come laminated?
Yes, every cast vinyl sticker includes free lamination in your choice of matte or gloss. This added layer improves UV resistance, prevents scratches, and extends the life of your sticker in outdoor environments.
